The above is the HTML envelope to hold html, css, and javascript items on your desktop.

In forumotion, just use what is in the BODY, since this site contains the rest of the code

Your current browser will handle decoding IN ITS OWN WAY, depending on the browser.
Avoid IE, the programmer's nightmare, unless you add special code found on the web.

As mentioned elsewhere in here, get a Mozilla-based browser for this site.

Please note:
Browsers do not decode BBC, so use your test area elsewhere in here, or in another forumotion
site for BBC. The SKIN used by the site WILL affect inline CSS codes used in BBC. Also, CSS styles
need to be on one continuous line.
